David Daly – Founder and MD

David_Daly David has worked in the Customer Management and Contact Centre industry for the past 28 years, and has built an expertise that combines customer management practices with contact centre delivery. Having started in the direct marketing industry, David moved to Sitel Corporation, where he had responsibility for delivering multi-lingual contact centre solutions from centres in the UK, Belgium and Japan. A UK board member, David was ultimately appointed Global Product Marketing Director for Sitel.
In 1999, David joined the newly-formed CM Insight, where over five years as a director he led the provision of consulting services to a blue-chip client base, as well as authoring a number of industry insight reports.
In 2004, he founded MVA Consulting as an independent consultancy, since when MVA has provided consultancy services to a number of leading organisations including Vodafone, E.on, Sky TV, Daimler Chrysler, giffgaff, the Post Office, American International Group, Diageo, O2 and News UK.
David has written, and lectured, for the Irish CCMA Certificate in Contact Centre Management, and he has served as a judge for the Irish Contact Centre and Shared Services Awards. He has also been authorised by the Contact Centre Association (CCA) to deliver CCA Standards Awareness Programmes. In addition, he is a registered Prince2 Project Management Practitioner.
A Maths and Economics graduate from Trinity College, Dublin, David gained further professional qualifications in Boston, USA and London.
